Latricia Shepard
Latricia has demonstrated leadership abilities to Fortune 500 corporations and global agencies. As Director of Talent Strategy at AT&T, she is responsible for top talent executive development and engagement as well as AT&T’s strategic mentoring and sponsorship efforts.
In her prior role, Latricia led AT&T talent identification and succession planning while developing strategies to optimize talent diversity in key talent identification, diversity recruiting, talent movement/progression efforts and program development. She is also known as a leader of “best in class” innovative retail product training during AT&T’s most productive strategic products cycle and as a successful leader in culture transformation and communications.
She is certified as a Hogan coach, Zenger-Folkman 360 leadership coach and Kepner-Tregoe problem solving facilitator and has held internal (AT&T) and external Board positions. She is the 2015 recipient of the BEYA Technology Rising Star award and a 2013 AT&T Top 40 Inspiring Women recipient.
Latricia received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia and holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource and Organizational Development from Georgia State University. Additional affiliations include University of Georgia Alumni Association, Association for Talent Development, International Association of Business Communicators, YMCA Board of Directors HR Committee, and the United Way Board Development Program – a selection/nomination-based program for local Atlanta leaders and professionals.
