The mission of the BVB Foundation is to build visionary bloodlines by empowering individuals, families, and communities with the knowledge, resources, opportunities, and relationships needed to create lasting impact and generational legacy.

Through entrepreneurship, workforce development, education, mentorship, wellness, community initiatives, grants, and strategic partnerships, we create pathways for people to build businesses, strengthen families, expand economic opportunity, and positively impact future generations.

We believe legacy is not simply what you inherit; it is what you choose to build.

Our values are based on four crucial pillars:

BVB Foundation's W.E.A.L.T.H. Pathways create access to education, careers, entrepreneurship, mentorship, and economic opportunity across six industries that have the power to shape the future of our communities: Wellness, Education, Aviation, Law, Technology, and Health.

W — Wellness

We promote careers, entrepreneurship, and innovation in the growing wellness economy. From fitness, beauty, spa and holistic wellness to mental well-being, nutrition, and lifestyle services, BVB creates pathways for individuals to turn an interest in wellness into sustainable careers and businesses. Through education, mentorship, certifications, and hands-on experiences, we help participants understand that wellness can be both a personal priority and an avenue for economic opportunity.

E — Education

We believe education is one of the most powerful tools for changing the trajectory of a family. BVB connects individuals to educational opportunities at every stage—from youth development and college exposure to technical education, certifications, professional development, and entrepreneurship training. Our goal is to make education accessible, relevant, and connected to real opportunities for advancement, leadership, and lifelong learning.

A — Aviation

Located in a region anchored by one of the world's busiest airports, BVB introduces individuals to the broad range of careers and business opportunities within the aviation and aerospace ecosystem. Our work goes beyond pilots and flight attendants to expose participants to airport operations, engineering, logistics, skilled trades, technology, hospitality, construction, supply-chain opportunities, and aviation-related entrepreneurship.

L — Law

BVB creates greater exposure to careers within law, justice, government, compliance, policy, and legal services. Through mentorship, career exploration, internships, educational partnerships, and access to legal professionals, we help participants understand the many pathways into the legal profession. We also recognize legal knowledge as an important component of entrepreneurship, business ownership, civic leadership, and protecting generational assets.

T — Technology

Technology is transforming nearly every industry, and BVB is committed to ensuring our communities are prepared to participate in that transformation. We create pathways into artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data analytics, software, digital transformation, cloud computing, and other emerging technologies. Our programs emphasize both employment and entrepreneurship, helping participants learn how to use technology, build with technology, and create opportunity through technology.

H — Health & Healthcare

BVB connects individuals to the expansive healthcare ecosystem, from clinical professions to healthcare administration, public health, health technology, research, allied health, and entrepreneurship. Through partnerships with colleges, healthcare organizations, practitioners, and industry leaders, we expose participants to career pathways, education and certification opportunities, mentorship, and workforce development programs that can lead to sustainable careers while helping address the health needs of our communities.
